Shipping & Returns




We guarantee your merchandise will arrive in good condition and without defect. Please inspect your merchandise upon arrival for any damages or flaws. If your material is delivered damaged or flawed your purchase will be replaced if a claim is made within 10 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for examining the product for flaws or damage upon delivery. If the product is cut or installed after delivery no refund shall be issued regardless of the condition of the product, flawed or otherwise.  This includes any perceived variance in dye lot. Cash values of purchase rewards customer may have received such as gift cards, rebates, etc. if not returned will be deducted from refund. Please contact us prior to making any returns as all returns MUST be authorized in advance by #1 Fabric Co.


If the product you purchased is not flawed or damaged, but you simply decide you do not like the product, or have changed your mind and are wanting to exchange your purchase for a different fabric, #1 Fabric Company LLC will attempt to broker an exchange with the manufacturer. Understand many textile companies have a NO RETURN POLICY on cut material, but #1 Fabric Company LLC has a long-standing relationship with 100’s of established mills and manufacturers. On a case by case basis, we may be able get your fabric exchanged, but there will be a restocking fee of 15-35% (based on individual company policies) Return shipping will be charged to the customer as well as any difference in original pricing.


Cancellation Policy:


Prior to shipping, once product ordered has been cut from the roll the customer will be responsible for the costs of the fabric. #1 Fabric Company LLC does not accept returns on fabrics that are sold by the yard and returns are not able to be offered since a cut fabric is considered a custom product.



All sales become final after 14 calendar days from the date of customer receipt of product delivery.
